Faith A. Lightfoot is an Exercise Physiologist (B.S.) author, speaker and entrepreneur. Faith’s passion for health and wellness spans more than two decades; first, as a teenager who was raised in a health conscious family, later as an Exercise Physiologist, and now as founder and president of Lighten The Load.net. Layering over 20 years of wellness experience in corporate America with such companies as IBM and Bally’s, with health and wellness businesses in Charlotte, North Carolina and Boca Raton Florida, has provided a solid foundation that Faith employs to support her wellness business and passion.

Since 1992 Faith has been writing and conducting her health and wellness programs. Having been raised by a mother who valued health and wellness inspired Faith to teach others how by simple yet effective changes creating a healthy and balanced life is possible-for a lifetime. Her passion for children’s weight issues is what led Lighten The Load to become a licensed provider for the Shapedown children’s programs.

In addition to overseeing the day to day operation of Lighten The Load, Faith shares her education, experience and passion by speaking to organizations and writing. Faith is author of the book “Getting Healthy In A 30-Minute World” co-author of “Cooking Healthy In A 30-Minute World” and is currently working on her third book,"Cooking For Diabetics In A 30-Minute World".
