What the Lighten Up Lifestyle® Programs Offer
By the time an individual has completed the Lighten Up Lifestyle® program they will experience greater peace of mind as well as a sense of understanding, empowerment and confidence about creating and living a guilt free healthy lifestyle.
They will have...
• Designed their personal 30-90 day health and wellness plan - complete with monthly action steps and an accurate target date for starting to live a healthy and balanced life.
• Simple, practical and concrete "tools" for making choices about how to live a healthy and balanced life - without experiencing the deprivation that sabotages new healthy efforts.
• Established a 30-90 day plan that delivers a clear process for how to make healthy and empowering choices for their life.
• Received two (2) or three (3) 30-minute private phone sessions with their Lighten The Load exercise physiologist for a personal exercise prescription that is designed to meet their desired goals.
• Awareness of the key underlying (and often subconscious) thoughts, patterns and beliefs that many individuals have that, unidentified will continue to result in unhealthy habits and disordered living.
• Tools and action steps they can use to reprogram their thoughts and actions so they can live a diet and guilt free life!
• Access to the customized Lighten The Load virtual classroom system for maintaining their class participation and information.
• Access to the team of Lighten The Load top health experts where they can ask personal healthy living questions – online – and receive a personal answer.
• Participated in a healthy lifestyle and weight loss program that meets the guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine, American Dietetic Association and American Heart Association.
Who This Program Is Designed To Support
Our programs are designed to support the individual who is ready to take a look in the mirror and get serious about their health and weight goals. We combine personal support, a social community, education and fun to deliver programs that give results. However, here's the catch. You have to show up for yourself, be on the calls, take the steps necessary to see changes happen and make a commitment to your health.
If you believe that spending money on yourself and making time for you to take a class like ours means you're being selfish - then we're not the program for you. If you believe that by taking one of our classes you are caring for yourself so you can be healthy and happy - then these programs are for you!
Our programs offer personal feedback, support and a results focused process where we put the individual – in the driver’s seat.
Getting Healthy
Program length - 12 week
Begins Tuesday-February 16th, 2010

To live a healthy life it’s necessary to know the facts and understand how to make changes that work for you! Because no two individuals are alike we take a very individual approach to you and your desire to be healthy. This program will show you how to create your healthy lifestyle by learning the tips, tools and techniques that work just for you!
Staying The Course
Program length -– 8 weeks ***

Once your healthy foundation is set – learn how to continue the process with new health filled strategies and techniques sure to help you stay on track. This in depth program shares the current health information needed to make your healthy lifestyle possible for the rest of your life!
Lighten Up Weight loss

Tired of the dieting and deprivation game? If so, discover the facts that will support a life of weight loss without feeling deprived. Learn why many of the current weight loss trends don’t work and how to move from deprivation to satisfaction! This program's focus is designed to support the individual who wants concentrated support to reach their weight loss goals.
In Order To Change The Body You Have To Change The Mind
Program length - 8 weeks
Begins March 2010
Discover how what goes on between your ears is what often creates your weight loss challenges and successes! Learn the techniques for creating a “fit” mind by taking a closer look at why you may struggle with health and life issues. If keeping the weight off is a challenge for you join us as we explore what may be getting in your way from making a healthy life a reality.
Women, Weight and Hormones
Program length - 8 weeks

Are you frustrated with hormonal weight gain? If so, join us for an up close look at how unexplained weight gain could be connected to hormonal imbalance. In this program we reveal the connection between your weight and hormones as well as arm you with the nutrition, fitness and mental facts that will support a healthy lifestyle – pre or post menopausal.
New mom’s – Loving the baby – losing the weight!

Having a baby can be overwhelming, stressful and joyous all at the same time. So it’s no wonder your body become a bit out of whack after the delivery. Uncover the strategies specially designed for losing the baby fat, balancing your hormones, becoming a healthy mom and getting connected with other mom’s – just like you.
