Healthy Bodies – Healthy Planet
Lighten The Load.net and Cook at Home.biz have come together to bring the message about caring for the body and planet to the marketplace.
The belief that caring for the body and our planet is something that everyone can do brought these two companies together. Knowing that the challenge for most individuals is the “what” to do was the catalyst for the seminar series. Our mission is to inspire others by teaching them our tips, tool and techniques so they can see how small healthy steps can lead to preventative and permanent results.
The Healthy Bodies – Healthy Planet seminar gives participants useful and practical ways to create a healthy environment for their body and planet earth.
Our Edible Education corporate seminar incorporates fun and factual information from an exercise physiologist as well as a professional caterer and “Green chef”. When your employees participate in the Edible Education seminar they will see and hear tips and techniques on how to stay healthy in a 30-minute world!
Seminars and talks can be altered to fit your time requirements and needs. To receive more information and book your group or corporation please email faith@lightentheload.net or call Lighten The Load at 704.788.9245 for details.

Faith’s passion for healthy living is what prompted her to receive a degree in exercise physiology in the early 90’s. Using her experience with companies such as IBM and Bally’s in corporate wellness as well as her passion to help others, Faith opened Lighten the Load.net and created the Lighten Up Lifestyle programs for adults.

Utilizing her education, experience and passion Faith spends much of her time writing and sharing her healthy lifestyle ideas with others. Her upcoming books “Getting Healthy in a 30- Minute World” and the co-authored book “Cooking Healthy in a 30 Minute World” are due out in the summer of 2008.
Patty Davis has an extensive career in the food service industry. Patty became aware of her love for the food industry with her first job at McDonalds.
