How does the TeleFit-411 program work?
Good question! Think about the last time you decided to get healthy - and lose a few pounds. Did you ever feel like you were shooting in the dark – and missing your target? Over the years we've had many folks tell us how they've counted calories (and hate it), sat in group meetings with thirty other people (but really needed individual attention), ate food that tasted like cardboard (yuck), or became disappointed and frustrated because they didn't know how to get active - and stay with it! We understand.
That's why the Lighten Up Lifestyle® programs are different. Research has proven that in order to get healthy, lose weight and keep it off - it takes more than an occasional walk around the block. But, how do you know what will give you your desired results? Well, a personal plan created just for you helps but where would you get that?
Right here! With the eight (8) or twelve (12) week Lighten Up Lifestyle® TeleFit-411 program you receive two (2) or three (3) (depending on the length of your program) 30-minute phone sessions with your very own Lighten Up Lifestyle® exercise physiologist. Well, they’re not really yours to keep – you have to give them back at the end of the program! But for the duration of the program you have someone in your corner who helps you with your desired weight and health results, designs your personal exercise prescription, encourages, and helps hold you accountable for your desired results! So, as you connect with your Lighten Up Lifestyle® exercise physiologist you'll be sure that you're on the path to achieving your desired results.
Once you register for your class you have access to our Lighten The Load virtual classroom. This is where you download your weekly written modules for the class, view videos, blog and stay connected with your accountability partner and other participants.This virtual class really becomes a community of like-minded folks who encourage and support one another! It’s a lot of fun and it’s very cool!

Every week you call in to your one-hour class. This is where you start to move through the written modules with a Lighten Up Lifestyle® coach so you start to learn and about making healthy life changes, share your progress and hear from other participants. This is so convenient because you can call in from your home, office or if you’re on the road – your hotel room. You never have to worry about missing a class because you’re a phone call away! For one hour every week you join other folks just like you who want to get healthy, create a balanced life and yes . . . lose some weight!
