Lighten Up Lifestyle has exceeded all of my expectations by helping me achieve a level with MYSELF that I didn't know existed. Through consistent participation in the group, I've gained strength and confidence in my decisions, lost negative feelings and those stories I've made up and harbored as a false sense of security. My journey through the program has allowed me to "Lighten Up" my heart and give my love, attention, gratitude and issues to God--a change that was just waiting to happen in my life. This experience has greatly impacted the perspective I have on the CHOICES that are constantly available to me. I've learned that God makes the path, I follow his lead and surrender all temptation. The organization, strategic planning, and core principals that have been employed by the creators of the Lighten Up program are truly phenomenal--like nothing I've ever seen or heard about in a weight management program. I now have the ability to MANAGE my LIFE effectively, knowing that my HEALTH and my relationships with God and my inner self are more important than a dress size. I now feel the power to conquer what I thought conquered me! THANK YOU!
