"This Is The Most Unique Program I Have Ever Experienced"

First, I would like to thank you for changing my life! This is the most unique program I have ever experienced because every topic, every week, has provoked NEW discoveries in ALL areas of my life. The information stays with me, and daily, it is like a quiet voice that reveals my inner self and BAM! a new revelation in my life -- that works! I then find myself actually implementing what I've learned, in my own way, quietly, personally, and proudly. It's like, yes, the program has given me information, but somehow, the way the messages are delivered, it turns into my program. I am creating my own changes and my own destiny. It is so much more than I ever expected!

Since the start of the program I have made some major changes in my life -- spiritual, career, attitude, relationships. Two months ago I turned 49. I was more anxious about this birthday than any other in my life, and was very depressed. Now, I am so excited about the future. I feel wonderful, look marvelous, and every morning I can't wait to start the day! My boyfriend of 10 years asked me if I got a cosmetic makeover! I actually am wearing LESS makeup! Another friend (on a Sunday morning) could not get over how different I looked. She said I looked really pretty and not tired anymore! Wow! Two of my goals achieved!!

This is the first time in my life I have actually stuck with a program or even just a self-help seminar or book. This is also the first time I have ever stayed long enough to actually see my goals reached. Following the final 4 weeks, I want to share inches and weight lost. It is too cool!!

Also, I have never stuck to a meal plan and exercise plan for this long! I can't wait for the final four weeks and for the cookbook to come out!!

At our last session, I told a very young participant (who I can now call a dear friend) that I wish I would have had the opportunity to have experienced this program at her age. I just know my life would have been so much better, and so much easier!!
