Oak Plantation Campground, LP

This campground was a pleasant experience from the first call I made to the time we pulled out at the end of our trip. You have to call to book your dates. I was able to ask all of my questions, make my request for our spot and get some additional information as well. Upon arrival we were given a great spot(close to the dog run even though I had forgotten to request this). This to me is a place that listens when you make your reservations. They knew we had 5 dogs and obviously wanted to accommodate us. All of the campsites were level and long with paved roads. We were able to pull in our 40 coach with an 18 trailer and not be extended in to the road way. Having all 4 slides and awnings out still allowed us to have enough room between coaches. Each spot has a wooden pick table. Many spots had trees some did not. The dog run is large and completely fenced in away from the majority of the RVs in the campground. There is a barbecue area, pavilion, play and pool area that was clean. The grounds are spotless with several garbage bins lined up at the beginning of each roadway. This is a campground that you can tell cares about keeping their business clean and is well run.
